This machine is for four-side planing and longitudinal lock tenon making, especially for wooden floor processing.Its maximum working width is 200mm and the maximum working thickness is 100mm. Its worktable is made by hard alloy and the long feeding table is made of casting, the surface of which is covered by hard chrome, having the better wear-resisting. The last two spindles are equipped with the variable frequency high-speed motorized spindles, which can be turned at a certain tilt angle to meet the different tenon making.

1. The machine frame is made of high quality casting, with special treatment and precision processing by gantry machining center; stable performance, good rigidity, good precision.

2. The worktable surface(except the long feeding table) is made by hard alloy, flat, straight and wear resisting.

3. The cutter spindles are made of high strength special steel material, with special treatment, precision machining, dynamic balance detection and precision assembly test; stable operation and high precision.

4. The feeding system is equipped with 9 sets of upper feeding rubber wheels, 3 sets of bottom driving feeding rollers, a total of 12 sets of feeding rollers, to achieve strong feeding, which can effectively improve the smoothness of feeding.

5. And the feeding mechanism adopts universal coupling drive and frequency converter, and the feeding motor is 4kw, realizing variable frequency speed feeding, and the feeding speed is up to 6-36m/min.

6. The last two main spindles are variable frequency high-speed motorized spindles, which can be tilted from -25℃ to +45℃ for slotting cutting and tenoning, can effectively meet the needs of interlocking floor processing.

7. This machine is equipped with centralized lubrication system, which provides centralized oil supply and lubrication for sliding guide rail and transmission parts, and provides easy, quick and user-friendly operation and maintenance.

8. The main electrical components and frequency converter of this machine are from the international brand Siemens, with stable performance and good reliability.
